RUN! RUN FAR FAR AWAY!

This apartment community looks great at first glance. The pool area is wonderful and the apartments have several good amenities. Unfortunately, you usually can't use them. Management is very fond of placing chains and locks on the pool gates every night and then forgetting to take them off for days. This means you can't swim, use the BBQ pits, use the TV bar area, get a soda, etc. Upon complaining to the office, I was told it is due to the fact that the maintenance crew does not like cleaning up after tenants. I was told that guests were abusing the pool and therefore could not use it. Is it not their job to clean up the pool area' I pay an extra $20 a month for a view of a pool I can not use. And the messes they say they have to clean up, I've never seen anything except maybe a couple of cans left on tables. Soon people started jumping the fence to use the pool and the office promptly started handing out $100 fines for violating office rules. Give me a break. Parking, good luck. I have had my vehicle towed twice at my own expense. Even after showing a video tape to the office in which I drove around the community for 20 minutes and not one space was available. They refused to assist in paying for the tow. Their response, "all you have to do is pay us $35 a month extra for a covered parking space." The nearest one available was 6 buildings away! Maintenance request are completely ignored unless they are in writing...another award winning decision from the office. IF they say they will call you back on an issue, forget it. I have NEVER gotten a call back when I requested one. They are also very fond of having groundskeepers out to run extremely loud mowers and weedeaters at around 7:30 am on weekdays so good luck sleeping in. I made several friends in the complex and all have moved out as soon as their lease expired. I will be doing the same. Don't let them trap you into thinking this is a great community. Ask any random resident walking around and they will probably give you horror stories like this one. Run!!!!!!
