The community does have policies and rules. The pool area is open from 10:00am - 10:00pm after these hours the pool is locked. The pool is locked up for quiet hours after 10:00pm. This for all the residents that live by the pool and don?t want to hear anyone after ten at night. Do you blame us! The pool is re-opened at 10:00am. The pool area has two gas grills, they are for gas use only. If you would like to use Charcoal in your grill you can use the Charcoal grills in the court yard area. If you place charcoal in a gas grill you will burn up the inside grates that are used for the gas grill. Everyone knows that. One gas grill is not working at this time but the other is working. There is a new maintenace staff here now and they are great about opening up the pool area and picking up the grounds. We are very Happy with the new staff here. Yes, they had a problem with parking but, it has since gotten better. They ran specials on the parking to help with the parking issues. I think that was really nice of them to help us with the parking. It?s not there fault that we all have more than one car. The management didn?t build the property. I don?t know of anyone who has ever been charged a fine here either. I also know if you park in a Handicapped Parking or a reserved covered parking spot or fire lane you should be towed. It?s just like if you parked in a Handicapped/reserved/fire lane area anywhere in the city. You will be towed unless you are Handicapped and or have the right to park there. Any time you live in an apartment community they will have rules. Read your lease; if they have you put your work orders in writing its because your lease states so and this is for our benefit. So read the lease if you didn?t when you signed it.
