We have been here for over a year now and have a positive review to contribute. To be honest, I'm really glad that the management does enforce the rules of parking and closing the pools, volleyball area and park at an appropriate time. Many of us here have to go to work and have children that attend school. I think 9PM or 10PM is late enough to be making loud noise outside. Thanks to the staff for enforcing this and providing us peace and quiet after that time.
As far as maintenance, we've always had our requests attended to within 24 hrs of putting in the written request. Written requests are a good rule, who can keep up with tons of verbal requests' This makes sure that everyone's needs are met and in a timely fashion.
I find the staff friendly and helpful and they've even done some pet sitting of our family fish while we were on vacation. Couldn't ask for more. I find this to me a nice, clean, well kept, safe, family friendly community that has good rules in place that are enforced appropriately.
