They didn't provide enough parking spots for everyone, so if you get home too late (9pm) you don't have a parking spot. Therefore, you usually have to park illegally and hope you don't get towed or park out front. The walls are VERY thin - you can hear your neighbors on all sides (upstairs & beside you). They also tend to close down the pool at bad times (first nice day of the year) & the gas grills by the pool don't work. Interior is very nice & spacious. Maintenance people are wonderful. Front desk people tend to have an attitude at times, but can be helpful.
