We miss previous Management

When I moved into my apartment, the only reason I leased my apartment was because the previous manager took the time to show me an apartment herself. I leased b/c she was so friendly and really seemed to care about me. She knew all the names of people who came in while I was filling out paperwork and people outside told me how much they loved living here. They had fun Resident get togethers like a Super Bowl party, Spurs games and a Pampered Chef party. Then when I went to pay my rent and say hi to the girls in the office, they told me the manager had been let go!' Since then, the manager is too busy to return calls or maybe doesn't care, she's always outside smoking or away from the office. Maintenance has gotten better since the cocky jerks that used to be here also have been 'let go'. Maybe it's because he spent too much time working on his hot rod or his holier than thou attitude. My biggest complaints about my apartment is the walls are so thin, I can hear neighbors talking and of course the lack of parking. I wish I knew where the old office staff went, I miss them!

I have always had good experiences with the management at EBC. The walls are thin, but that's apartment life for ya...
