Not enough bang for the buck From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/21/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I was pretty cool w/ my stay@ the EABC...It was never too noisy or dirty or anything...the staff does seem pretty stuckup and unhelpful however. They never seem to know a damn thing when you call them to ask a question and always say," you need to speak to Bridget about it." Well, except for one named Michelle, she is very pleasant to be around and very helpful. The place is well maintained, but I really don't think its worth $950 for a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Watch out for skyrocketing rates when your lease expires! Everything else though is good. Lots of friendly people, and animal lovers
