i have lived here for two years and just signed my third lease. i really like it here. i have lived in many apartments, this is by far the best. the office staff is great. this is the only apartment i have ever lived in (and i've lived in approx 10) where i actually like the office staff. the maintenence guys are awsome. on the RARE occasion that i have had to fill out a work request, they have always corrected the problem the same day. the gym is the best i have ever seen at an apartment. there is no loud noise or partying problems at night. parking is fine, about the same as any other apartment. sometimes if i come home late, i have to park farther away from my building and walk, but it has been like that everywhere i have been. there is always parking spots available at the end of the complex. in two years, i have probably only had to park far away like 20 times which is really good considering i often come home after midnight. the apartment itself is great, best square footage for the price when i was looking. much bigger than the other ones i was looking at. i am weird and like to move a lot just because i like to be in new places, but i am actually scared to move out of here because i don't think i will ever find another apartment where i like the apartment itself, the staff, the maintenence, and the facilities (pool and gym) as much as i do here, so i went ahead and signed another lease. i really have nothing bad to say about the place, or believe me i would. and it has an 80% rating on this site, which is one of the highest i have seen considering most people on here trash the hell out of their apartments.
