My husband and I moved here in July 2002 and have lived here for over 4 years and we love it!! The staff is always very helpful and will try their best to correct any problems. I have never had any trouble finding parking as some residents have mentioned earlier. (Most people that complain want a parking spot directly in front of their apartment. Just park and walk!!) The apartments are very spacious and the kitchen is huge compared to other apartments. Mainentance is quick in responsding to calls, especially in emergencies. The first year I lived here, my heater broke in the middle of the night during the winter. I called maintenance and they quickly came within 10 minutes and immediately fixed it. (Since then my heater has worked fine). I, also, have had no major problems since then. I love that they are pet friendly and no pet rent is charged. The only thing that bothers me is that a few residents do not clean up after their dogs when they are out for a walk. You have to be careful when walking on the grass so that you do not step on poop. I have had a few noisy neighbors but that is not the Enclave's fault and the noise does not bother me. I, also, like the fact that these apartments have an inside sprinkler system in each room. This feature gave me a discount on my renter's insurance. Overall, the price you pay for the amenities that you get (clean pool, BBQ grills, fitness cneter, free movie rentals, etc) are a great deal and would highly recommend this place to everyone.
