Office staff is very helpful. I have never had a problem with maint. I bought a new shower head just because I like a certain kind and they were very willing to install it for me. Access gates always work. Very nice pool. The complex even has little things like: muffins and coffee at the gate in the morning or hot dogs at the mailbox or baked potato by the pool every so often.
