Safe Enviroment From: chantelp11 Date posted: 1/30/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I am a full time college student at UTSa I recommend anyone to come to theses apartments if they have a dog over 25 pounds. Large breeds are allowed but the only difference is the price for your pet deposit instead of paying $350 you pay $600 dollars.The apartments are reasonable for what you recieve. However, if you do not pick up the poop you will be fined. Although, this community is mainly a family enviroment but I do see students from time to time.Security is good except i seen the gate jammed only twice since Ive lived here. I take runs around the apartment complex with my dog and I still feel that I am in a safe enviroment. I have never had any problems with anything broken into. They even have an answering service for after hours if you have any emergencies they are usually over there in less than 10 mins.Recommend theses apartments and I do not really have any complaints.
