You don't want to live here. These apartments just came under new management and it's terrible. The will TOW YOUR CAR without warning you, if your parking tag isn't visible, even if they know your license number and vehicle description. Also, it's really loud, they don't phone calls about noise complaints, the staff is REALLY RUDE, and there's trash and animal feces everywhere. IT'S HORRIBLE.
There is a new complex right next store that looks much nicer-I recommend moving in there.

I am sorry that we towed your vehicle because of not following the parking permit system. We have parking by permit only-posted on the front gate, you were issued a parking tag/permit and it has to be visible on the vehicle. Everyone is well aware of the parking policy and we make sure of it when you move in. When residents call in late into the night stating that there are vehicles everywhere with out parking tags and they them selves have no place to park we go out and tow. We have notices posted at all common areas about this and you did sign a parking addendum when you moved in here which clearly states this. We set this in place years ago this is nothing new here and is the same staff and same owners, we have all the same policies nothing has changed. We try our hardest for residents to pick up after their furry friends and I have the porter pick up the grounds too. I think maybe I should hold a resident meeting to get the word out and show them how up set others get from not picking up after their pets. I am sorry for this and will try to get that news out more and we will have the newsletter state more about both topics again this month coming...towing and pets have been mentioned for the last few months in a row. Please let me know which staff memeber was rude to you becuase we strive to please everyone here that we can that is of course within our control that is. We do have company policies to follow and enforce just like other companies. Please call me so I can address these concerns with you I am here to help you, sincerely, Bridget Holmes Community Manager
