I have lived here for over a year and just renewed my lease. The grouds are always picked up and looks great. I am never embarrassed to have company over. The apartment looked as if I was the first one to ever live here when I moved in. I know i was not but they did a great job. As for the person who complained about the towing, yes they do tow but they have given us many letters stating this will happen if tag is not visible and there are letters posted throughout the community stating this as well. i am glad they do this cuz too many people who did not live here were parking in residents slots and I had to park outside the gate on many times. this towing rule has made it better for the residents. I do see the courtesy officer walking around at night which is a rare thing to see at many apartments.
My favorite thing about this property is they have a team of people who do things for the residents. Several times a month for no reason, these people will be at the mail boxes to greet you with cookies and lemondade on a hot day as you return home from work, offer breakfast and brunch on the weekends free of charge, and have chili dog nights for spurs games in the office after hours. The pool is just something you have to see to believe. The setup is great. Outdoor stools and bar area to cook and serve with a tv and restrooms right there! Its great. It is a bit pricey, but you could get cheaper apartments somewhere else but you get what you pay for. and I have not been disappointed yet. Keep up the great work! Thanks
