There is limited parking and even with their "inforced towing" rules, there are more often than not no spaces available after 10 p.m. The noise level is outrageous as well. College kids smoking pot on the balconies and having parties until 5 a.m. is not what I expected when I am paying $1000 every month. Noise complaints have gone unnoticed and it proves that the management is unwilling to help. Also, there have been numerous tire slashings and damage to vehicles recently. Management sent out a letter basically saying that its just not their fault. Horrible place to live and I can't wait for another few months when my lease is finally up!

Well it's hard to tow every single car that does not have a tag. And of course after ten you are not going to get a parking right in front of your apartment so what i suggest you do is drive around because there is always a parking. I come in around two in the morning and i can always park inside. I have never heard any noise and if you hate it so much then you should have broken your lease already. And for the record there has not been numerous slashings. The other day was the first one. Another thing it isn't the manangements fault. Just because there is a gate does not mean that only residents come in. All people have to do is wait until another resident comes and opens the gate.

Wow, what are your motivations for responding to this post? More over, why are you defending this place to this extent. This is a forum for people to write about how they feel about the apartment they live in and this is how I feel. Believe me, I have driven around for parking plenty of time and there have also been plenty of times that I had to park out side or clear across the complex to find a spot. If you think that the noise level in these apartments are okay then I really wish I lived in your building. You might live on a complete opposite side of where I live, but on my side of the apartment it is noisy. Complete with a vet hospital where they let the dogs out every morning and they bark like fing crazy for hours. Whats worse is that I can hear when my neighbor is having sex--poor insulation or what? I had heard other tentants banging on peoples walls to turn down the music as well. I would have love to have broken my lease, but I do not want that effecting any of my financial records. I dont want to say anything further about the tire slashing for fear something might happen to mine now--you seem to know a lot about what has and hasn't happened in this apartment complex. LMAO.

I love it here, but the people who had their tire slashed got an 'I'm sorry' note.. My husband and I had our car ran into at three in the morning. (The truck also hit a few cars as well) They didn't even send out a note for that. The parking has always been an issue, but I don't think that can be helped. Trust me this place is heaven... I have lived in worse places!

To Mr. LMAO, A little defensive aren't we? marimar was simply expressing herself as well....nub. You're prob one of those people that sit on their comp all day where most of your relationships/friendships are online....going nuts if the internet messes up or god forbid, your vent client/server or game crashes. If not then you're just arrogant. Anyway...thought someone should let you know if they haven't already.
