Things were great for the first few months which was the beginning of 2009. Then I kept getting letters warning me of breakins. It finally happened. I came home to find my door open, and discovered several valuebles gone. Apparently, 3 or 4 other apartments IN THE SAME BUILDING were broken into on the same evening.
The cop told me this place has been a gold mine for burglars. Management is useless on this matter. I can't wait to get out. So, unless you think you can risk getting your things stolen, go on ahead and move in. Whoever is doing this will keep at it at this rate. REMEMBER, OVER 10 BURGLARIES!!!! AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

Can you please tell me which building you live in? I usually try to go home for lunch during the day and am scared that I'll be home when the robbers come. I know that during the "safety" meeting, 1 girl said she was home taking a nap and could hear them in the next room. I consistently come home to notes on my door saying there has been a home invasion but it doesn't seem like management is doing anything about it. The gate code remained the same for over a year.

From what I heard they go to different buildings. They are probably going to new ones each time. Everyone should get an alarm.....OR MOVE OUT!

as a previous resident, I am well aware of the fact that we had alarm systems in every unit... for ten bucks a year they can be monitored by the PD. How is it possible that there are so many break-ins? Oh, btw, I hated my time there too. Saw firsthand a truck left on jack stands after the wheels were stolen right off of it... really didnt expect that in this part of town...
