It was an okay place, but nothing to brag about.

Parking was a big problem. Not enough spaces. Young college students were moving in and holding lots of parties until all hours of the night. Turnover in staff was high and therefore you never got a consistent answer. Had a death in the family and had to move out early and I got 3 different answers on fees and it was astronomical. So whatever you do, regardless of reason, if you have to break the lease, they will never be sympathetic to your situation. So go month to month if you can, but then they will get you on the money. Never kept up with their garden of "spices" they promote. Never put in stones by the pool so you had to walk in mud to get to the office. Always used excuses that it was "corporate" delay. Maintenance staff were the only consistent good folks that did what they said they were going to do.
