On my move in day, they surprised me with the additional $50app fee.
They sweet talked with the "business center" turns out whenever we really needed it, it was broken.
That wireless internet by the pool was also down when i tried to use it.
The Laundry facility is shared with Carmel apartments. It is dirty and discusting!
We had a brown water leak in the bathroom and waited more than a week for maintenance.
If you have a second car, good luck finding a parking spot after 7pm.
One room out of two doesn't get airconditioning. It's unusable in the summer.

I have been a resident for four months now. I have always been able to use the business center, and parking is an issue at every apartment complex that I have been at. At least they give you one spot for FREE! I love living here.
