I ve lived at Escalante for 6 months now and I absolutely love it. I ve never had any problems, or any problem with the community, it is a nice, peaceful, beautiful and quiet complex. The only problem I ve had with me apartment was a clogged toilet which they fixed immediately. The office staff is great and very helpful and the maintenance guys are great as well they even helped us move in because they saw we needed help which was so nice. The apartment is beautiful and worth the money. They often have problems with the gates not working, but that would be my only complaint. They also provide you with a free covered parking space. I recommend this great apartment complex.
