I wish we had never moved into this apartment. The apartment itself is nice - wait, except for the abundance of ants, leaky window, carpet coming up, and the tiles that aren't even glued to the floor! We have been here for a month and a half and the only thing that has been done is a guy came buy with a can of bug spray ( I mean that kind that you can buy at the store ) and sprayed in the crack in the window for the ants. We have called them for weeks now trying to get someone to come fix our complaints. People's cars get broken into, the trashcan is always overflowing, and the gates don't even work half the time! If you haven't moved here already, I suggest you don't!!

I currently live in this apartment as well - and it's true what is mentioned above. During my time here a Chrysler 300M (yeah the new ones) was robbed of it's 24" rims... they left the poor kids car on pavement - and then to top it off, a few days later - oranged tagged it for tow. Which they did Tow, (I don't know how considering it was sitting on pavement with no tires at all - not even on blocks) - Numerous cars have been broken into as stated. The side walls of the complex (rock) is collapsing all over cars and audi's etc... so picture coming outside to your car only to have it covered in Rocks from the wall and the apartment offers no recourse. Also, they are repaving currently NOW and no less than a day of notice was present - and we were told to move the cars and no other place was provided - they again used the power of "TOW" and told us we can park at any other property... I guess, Apartments COULD BE WORSE right?

I agree with all the above complaints/comments. I have also noticed that your water bill is based on the consumption of the entire complex...not just what you use. Be careful...they will raise your rent and charge you an outrageous amount for water! ($40-$50 for a two bedroom/two people)

I completely agree. I have the worst ant problem, and my car has been damaged at the complex. I am out of here

These apts are miserable. I can't wait until I move out in a month!!! :)
