I have been at Escalante for over a year and I have never had any issue with the office staff. When we moved in the apartment was clean and the carpet was new. I have never had a problem with ants or bugs of any sort, and it is not because I keep the cleanest apartment on the block. Parking will be an issue at any complex unless you pay for a garage and a covered spot. I will mention that when they repaved the parking lot it was a pain in the rear, but I guess if you want a nice looking complex you may have to sacrifice the closest spot to your apartment for 24 hours. Overall my experience here has been very nice. I enjoy my apartment and my neighbors and I did renew my lease a few months ago.

Are you sure you aren't part of the apartment management? Because I really can't see ANYONE writing positive things about this apartment complex. I wish there was a way to post videos/pictures because we have a ton of them showing what a POS apartment we have.

I agree. Parking is always a pain in the ass if you don't get home before 5-6 pm. I can think of atleast 5 times in the last two months that we have had to park at the complete opposite side of the apartment. When they came out and sprayed (with a small little spray bottle like someone already mentioned) that worked for that ONE spot that they sprayed. Now, the sugar ants have migrated to the bathroom counter. We were told several things when we signed our lease that turned out not to be true... we feel misled. I wouldn't reccomend moving here.

I have a horrible ant problem. I keep my place clean. I can't even put boxes of cerial that have not been opened without ants pileing into the boxes. I have to keep everything in my fridge. If you don't believe me, hell I'll show you.

I think that any reviews on this site are ridiculous. Your life cannot be that bad. There are people without homes and food. If you cannot think of more important things to do with your time than complain about having to walk 20 feet to your apartment then you need to get a life. This complex is clean, friendly, and very quiet.

This is a website with the sole purpose of rating apartments- not social issues like world hunger. You try walking "20 feet" (I'm SURE that's how many feet it is from one side of the complex to the other) when you're disabled or elderly. Then you might realize that hey, if parking is an issue, that's important. Just because a review doesn't apply to directly to YOU doesn't mean it can't apply to somebody else! Sheesh- get over yourself and quit trolling!
