My fiance and I have been living at Escalante since August of 2008. The great thing about Escalante is they offer Student discounts and 6 month leases, which is perfect to go semester by semester if you are going to college. I am able to pro-rate specials as well as the student discount over 6 months rather than being pushed into a 14 month lease to lower my rent, as other apartments. These apartments are very reasonable and affordable for those of you who work, and pay for your own schooling. We are renewing our lease and are moving up to the A3 floor plan due to space issues. Our rent was going up and Bethany was very helpful in contacting higher authorities to keep us at the same rent price. After telling us our rent was going to go up regardless, she recommended the bigger apartment for the same price as our smaller one, so it worked out perfect. We now have an extra bedroom/den/office that we can use, and we will not be so crowded. I have been the apartment searching queen, and as below have looked at numerous apartments in all areas, and no one has compared to these apartments. We have 9ft ceilings,crown molding, tan colored walls and a huge garden tub for a good price!Even the doors are pretty, they aret just rectangle doors, they have a cute embedded design and designer knobs. Most apartments are expensive just to say those amenities are present. The grounds are always kept up very well, and I havent had any problems with neighbors or noise. The staff is always friendly, Emily rented us our apartment and as mentioned Bethany was able to keep us here. NEVER has anyone been rude to me or my fiance here. The property has undergone some changes, including nice patio furniture, a huge outdoor community bar-b-q pit, and they are repainting all the buildings. The pool during summer is always relaxing and it is cleaned every monday. Our visitors are always impressed with the pool. I love this apartment complex and hope we can stay here until we finish college. Parking is a bit of a hassle but its also good exercise to walk a bit, so i cant complain. We do get one covered spot for parking, and for extra you can check one out. Again no one will beat the pricing here, and the staff will work with you as much as possible to keep you happy.
