I recently moved in with my husband and 1 yr old son and was pleasantly surprised when we were allowed to lease a 1 bedroom until the baby is two, and they also allowed pets.

I was impressed to find that our unit had brand new carpet and flooring which is great for the baby. I love the large living room and even for the small square footage, their is TONS of kitchen cabinet/pantry space and large linen and walking closet.

You get one covered parking spot per unit, and sometimes have to hunt to park the second car but it's never been a problem. As far as noise goes, most of the noise I hear is from OUTSIDE, not from within neighboring units.
