My tenant and I were one of the first to move into these apartments. We really wanted something that was brand new with no wear and tear so we jumped at the chance and signed and 18 month lease. Upon moving our stuff in we noticed that there was a lot of dust, dirt, and wood chips everywhere. So we notified management and they took care it over night, they even shampooed our carpets for free when we had not asked for that! The front office employees I have found to be very helpful and nice to us the entire time we have been here which has been about 5 months. They have a really nice pool that I can't wait to use, just waiting on it to warm up a bit. And the apartments are high quality I really like the countertops troughout the apartment and appliences. The only complaints I have are that you can hear your neighbors garage door open everytime and also it was a challange getting my bulky furniture up and around my stairwell!
