I have been at this complex since it opened last year, and I love it! It was awesome to move into a brand new apartment. I am upstairs, pool-side, so I leave my patio doors and the windows open to the sound of continuous water falling at the pool. It is heavenly. I call it my "Riviera" home. Management has got to be the best in town. They are always friendly and welcoming, and feel like good friends you've known forever. It is a pleasure to walk into the office. If a problem does arise, this management addresses and resolves it immediately. This part of Stone Oak is a great area, with the exemplary-rated Canyon Ridge Elementary School next door. The new Stone Oak shopping center is a few blocks away, across 281; quick to access. All in all, this complex is in a highly desirable location. Amenities include a business office, workout room, tanning room, beautiful pool with separate age appropriate areas, and a Cares Team to add icing on the cake. Five stars!
