very good neighborhood but you should try different apartments in the area. they have an amazing hot tub that NEVER works, one dumpster for the WHOLE complex to use, a soda machine that is always behind a locked gate, very few parking spaces, a gate that only works ten percent of the time and nosey neighbors that expect you to live like mice. All of this we have experienced after 6 months of living here and all for the price of a morgage! Turn around now!

It truly sucks that the hot tub doesn't work, but trust me, I have lived here for over a year and they have tried numerous times to fix it. I would rather have one dumpster than one by every building... no one wants to see a dumpster behind every turn. The Soda machine is not behind a locked gate if you have your gate remote, very easy to get to. Do you throw lots of parties or something because, I know that every apartment comes with a huge garage and you can park behind your garage for additional parking. How much more parking do you need? Like I said, I have lived at the Estates for over a year, and I have NEVER heard my neighbors NOR have I ever been complained on and my building is full. Maybe instead of paying all those car notes for your 7 cars you need all the parking for, YOU SHOULD buy a house and pay a mortgage.

Who is this person? This is a place to post real ratings. If this is something that bothers you, then you should be able to post it here. Get a life, or a job. This sounds like someone in the office, as this is the attetude they seem to take with ever complaint.
