Do not live here, I lived here for a year and they always found some sort of fine and fee to charge me with! The most obsurd one was the trash pick up fee, THEY NEVER EVEN PICKED UP MY TRASH!!! Yet they enjoy charging me for it. They also give you absolutely no leeway on rent. I was in the hospital for two weeks and I missed rent on the first but I paid it when I got back on the 4th and they told me that it doesn't matter what happened to me that they were going to charge me with late fees! Their managment is HORRIBLY RUDE!!! They treat everyone under the age of 30 poorly! They never answer any questions or concerns you ask. They never leave notice that people are going to come by and check fire alarms or to spray the apartment for bugs; someone just walked in to my apartment without notice, and I was asleep in my bed, because I didn't know anything about it! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!!!! IT IS HELL!!!!

they dont pick up the trash from your apt dummy...you have to put it in the dumpster yourself...you pay for the pick-up from waste management...sounds to me you were an annoying resident
