You can tell that an apartment has bad management when the employees and management change every month. I've been here less than a year and the apartment manager has already changed. As someone else already posted, you will be charged for everything possible:

Pay your rent a day late - $50.
Courtesy officer comes to your door - $100.
Defective gate opener - $50
Pet violation (for a pet I've never owned or seen) - $500

I've talked with a previous employee and he even told me how bad and corrupt management is. The maintenance staff is nice and and maybe one or two of the office staff personnel but everyone else, including the apartment manager, are unhelpful and unrealistic.

Their service and attitude that will given to you is borderline harassment and it's gotten to the point that I have already contacted a lawyer. I cannot wait for my lease to be over!

Do not be fooled by their nice attitude when they show you around the apartment complex....you will be treated completely different after you sign your lease.
