My husband and I rented for one month a furnished 1 bedrm apt for $1,899!!!!
My husband and I moved from Florida but he moved in 2 weeks before I did so when he said we were good to stay until the 17th I didn't question him.
I called the office about a week before we were suppose to move (the 17th I thought)to see if we could get 2 more days of stay at a prorated rate because our new apt wouldn't be ready until the 19th. I was told someone was already booked to come in the 18th of July.
Apparently, my husband made a mistake and we were suppose to be out by the 16th not the 17th. The office called me on the 16th and when I appologized and said it was a misunderstanding she immediately told me that she had spoken to me earlier that week and had specificly told me we had to leave by the 16th (not true). Then she asked me if I was denying we had had that earlier conversation. She basicly implied that I was lying about everything.
The point is she was so rude and inappropriate and unproffesional. She wasn't trying to solve the problem instead she was making acusations.
This person needs some serious customer service training. In the end we stayed an extra day and PAID for it and they got to rent the apt to ANOTHER person for $1899.
Up until that time I had a good experience dealing with maintenance and even the office but it seems if a real problem arises it gets pretty low down and dirty.
Good luck, maybe this is just one rotten apple that will be "cleaned Up" soon.
