Response from management is false they are not a member of the TAA just call head manager for the apartment complex. They are instead part of their own intently called Management Support. Which are bunch of lawyers who try to rip you off with frivolous charges. The head manager (not in so many words) stated to me that there is nothing there lawyers haven't thought of to get your deposit and make sure you get nothing. They DO NOT adhere to the laws set forth by the TAA and will charge things that are normal wear and tear under TAA. If you move here dont walk on the carpet or accidently touch the walls because they will charge to renovate the whole apartment. Don't ever move here.

I had the same experience. I was charged for "fingerprints" on the stove and microwave and "crumbs" in the sink. Even an attorney laughed at the ridiculous accusations their management company hurled. I found them to be dishonest and quite frankly, out of control. Texas needs to investigate them. A good class action lawsuit is in order.

I so agree with you guys, the management here is horribly rude my husband was ill and his job is based off commissions so needless to say we fell behind on our rent and they will not work with you in any way they will file an eviction suit asap. The main manager came and threatned my 15 yr old son telling him that to tell me and my husband that she wanted our stuff out because she was going to file to get us evicted. This place is out of control and i do agree with you all about 30 min after they left after threatning my son the air conditioner all of a sudden stopped working and my children were left in the heat till i got home from work.

Pancho89...i am hysterically laughing, not to your demise but at the absurd thought of "fingerprints on a stove" - for goodness sake, they are LAWYERS and no doubt making top dollar day in and day out. Must they stoop to such a level??? On another note, I am ACTUALLY looking for apartments tht ARE NOT ASSOCIATED with TAA - the last one I had has trumped up charges, straight lies and so I can't get a TAA apartment without paying. I don't have money to give people who make up lies to get it! So, does anyone know how to find apartment in Dallas who IS NOT associated with TAA? I've tried googling it but came up with nothing.
