Move here only if living under an overpass is the last resort.

Ok, where do I begin ' No such thing as any type of security measures being taken to ensure the safety of the residents. Often takes weeks, if not months, to get even the most basic of maintenance done. Nothing here for kids. They have peeping toms and one tried breaking in whilre we were actually home. The only time you see police patrols is when something has already happened. Illegal "activities" are rampant. Parking lot/lots need to be totally re-paved. No community programs for the residents to get to know each other. The staff often come into your apartment when you are gone and leave no message saying so(I've caught them in lies). heating and cooling is from the very early 70's. Cracks in walls from foundation shifting. Walls that have mold painted over them. Your carpet WILL get wet if it rains real good. Oh yeah, DO NOT, under any circumstances, if you move here, go in the pool. It hasn't beenm drained for seasonal cleaning in the 1 1/2 years that I've lived here. The water goes from a light green to almost black when they close the pool for the fall season and all they do is put chemicals in it and filter the water. Obviously not good for putting your face in. In short, this place is 1 step above the very bare minimum for prisoners, let alone RENT paying residents !
I'd rather live in a mobile home and suffer God's wrath than to subject my enemies to this. !
