The only thing I can say is, if you were born north of the U.S./Mexican border, you might want to consider living somewhere else. The treatment of non-hickspanic people is horrible. The maintenance takes FOREVER, the security is non-existant, the staff tends to take off when they want to WITHOUT letting the residents know, the parking lot has been "repaired" more times than a french ----- has handed out a friendly "hand shake", and is still in such ill repair that ----- would find it not to his living standards. Two shootings have occured within a one year time period, and God forbid you should decide to do anything to make your quality of life better. The staff does not care, but hey, why care about those who live in the ghetto when you live in a nice house on the good side of town right''' My thoughs, yeah, Fairdale apartments is a great place to live, if you are Hispanic and have low income. Anyone else is welcome to join the misery too. Tell you what, if you act now, I can throw in a bottle of lube for the nice "treatment"

These apartments used to be halfway housing for recent paroles and whoever. I used to get all kinds of people knocking on my door looking for the former drug dealer that used to live there because he sold good schit ! Live here only if you like people that want to keep it "real" and "thug". I caught on of the people that the office staff uses to do maintenance and make-ready actually cutting through my bedroom screen to peep at my girlfriend while she was dressing. People have been shot here and drug deals are the norm in public. But, if you move here, knowing what the property looks like and who the office staff lets move in without doing background checks, then you deserve it. You'll need SAPD's non-emergency number on speed dial.
