The apartments are the worse. Nothing works, always broken. Takes many months to get anything fixed and then it is done half way and just breaks again. Management is only around when they want to collect $, and always making new rules and deadlines, or finding ways to stick it to the people who stay. Many units have been vacant for months. Busy bodies and gossip is taken for fact by management. If you are smart. . . RUN and don't look back.
