My family and I lived in a two bedroom townhome for 4 years. There was flooding from the downstairs bathroom several times, the roof leaked from the shower upstairs and pieces of the ceiling were falling. My ac was not working and the office said "it was not a priority" because it was winter time. But you know this is Texas and it gets hot even furing the winter months. The maintenance is terrible and never fixes anything right. they only do patch jobs and it takes forever to fix anything. There are constanlty new managers because even the managers can't stand all the problems. the people they get to occupy the apartments are not people you want to live next to. The office only want to have them occupied so they don't care who they get to live their. It was a horrible experience even for people that pay their rent on time. As a final blow we did not recieve our deposit back after several attempts the office was always trying to blow us off. We took pictures and the place was the same way we left it when we first moved in. There is also mold everywhere because of all the leaks with plumbing. Please reconsider your move to this place. It was a horrible experience and it makes me grateful to live in my own home now.
