I first moved here in 2001 into a townhome apt. The staff back then was great. They all way fix problem that we had here. But as the year have gone by the place has gone down the tubes,,, They don't fix anything right, They have a high turn over rate of mgr and staff. They it takes days to get something fix here. And now they jack my rent up $60.00 more so they can make up on there losses due to a major hot water leak and replacement. Sad to say this will be my last lease I will sign due to the bad service that we get from here. I all-ways pay on time never compailted but due to the poor mgr and staff,, This place sucks! If you are thing about moving here, DONT!!
