I've lived here for a little over a month now. The office staff had ALL of the paperwork ready and was able to get me signed up in less than five minutes-including answering questions. The ladies in the office are just about perfect in paperwork and their attitudes are wonderful. Maintenance is done right the first time and quick to respond (usually the next day or so). Not that my apt really needed any maint just some simple things. The grounds are being redone currently- it really surprised me as they are ok already but the stuff they've already done looks even better.
I could go on forever... This is most definitely a place to look into if you want peace and quiet, very nice homes, friendly, competent and caring staff, parklike setting.
