When I moved into this complex, I asked if the applicances would be updates. The model looks great. I was told that all units would have either a new fridge or range and dishwasher put into them. They were correct. My unti in particular had a long term tenent so I recieved new washer and dryer, range, and dishwasher. I was abe to choose the new range becuase I saw the old appliances before I moved in and asked for a range. Later when I moved into the unit, my ice maker broke and was unfixable. My freezer would melt ice cream and freeze chicken''''' I got a new fridge. Along with the units, I also reieved new carpet and new counter surfaces. Not all units come so renovated but they are nice, and if you ask when you move in you will most likely recievie. The maintenence is fast and friendly. The managment is nice but a little slow on appliance orders if you need them. I did have to ask about my fridge a few times. The neighbors are nice and willing to get to know you. Parking is the only thing I would complain about. But other areas of the complex have ampe parking, just the closest entrance to Vance Jackson gets tight at night. But as long as your home by 9pm you should get a good spot. I never feel the need to lock my doors when Im home, it jsut feels safe.
