I just wanted to say that so far we (my fiance and I) love the treatment we've received from the members of the office staff (Just the manager Christina and Jessica so far). They've been very kind and professional both in person and on the phone. They answer questions well and are very personable and easy to get along with.
While doing a drive through, I'd say we liked the design of the buildings and parking doesn't look to be a problem. The only thing I didn't like was how all 3 times I've driven through the property, the dumpsters are overflowing with trash to where people have had to set their trash on the ground next to the dumpsters. Other than that, the pool and fitness center look nice. NOTE TO THE OFFICE STAFF: Please hurry up and fix the hot tub! It's important to me! I was told over a month ago by Christina that it'd be fixed by the end of February but its mid March now and still not fixed.
Anyway, everyone we've encountered including residents we've come across have been friendly and have verbally approved of the property. I will be honest when I say that I've REALLY done my homework on searching for a good apartment complex to live in in this area of town, and Fifth Avenue has come up consistently as my number one choice based on ratings, reviews from both online and in-person from residents we've asked while doing a drive through, and from meeting and talking to the office staff. We've had some really bad experiences with office staff at apartments in the past, and we're happy with how we've been treated so far at Fifth Avenue. I would say that how management and office personnel treat us is #1 on our list of important factors in deciding which apartments to live in. I'm turning in my application and deposit on Monday!!
