I've lived here a year now and plan on renewing another years lease. The grounds are always kept up and the grass is green on this side of the fence! The pool does get filled with acorns during the summer but the trees offer wonderful shaded areas in places around the pool. The apartment is great but electricity does seem pretty high during the summer. The apartment is very quiet. Maintenance is done immediately upon request but I guess there isn't much to do for the maint staff as I've never ever seen them- lol. Staff is not only nice and helpful but they know almost every resident by name.

My only beef is that the next complex residents park here and use our dumpsters, usually overflowing the dumpters.

This is where you WANT to live.
