Fifth Avenue Apartments

Good place to live but too much to pay for.... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/20/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   Mgt people are nice, sometimes. Maintenance is not that bad, and always late.. and weired,, one time my fridge stopped working and they fixed it more than 3 time and when I ask for new one Mgt told me if i pay for new fridge by add extra money on my monthly rent.. i was UMM!!! Walls are bad, you can hear you neighbour if you have kids umm too bad,,, no security, Gym equip updated but with no maintenace and it takes while to fix.. and expect $20 extra every year... sprinke system wash your car everyday, and always leaking... you see many insects... I dont recommend it for more than 1 yr..
