Been here for 3 years. Maintence is very bad, the office staff is nice, the children are once again using the pool and pool furniture as a skateboard park. It will be funny to see this appartment building get sued for a kid skateboarding and the cracking his skull open on the furniture. NO security, even if there is a problem a night there is little or no response. the people who are moving into the apartments for the last year are really trashy and low class. the garbage piles in the parking area are getting worse. The garbage put outside the doors of the apartments is getting bad too! Kids go in the garbage to find bottles to break in the parking lot. Stay away.. Too much work needs to be done inside and out.
