I have been here two years and it is getting really pathetic. Children run around like wild animals destroying things and there is no such thing as peace and quiet by the pool.

A lot of the long term residents are leaving every month and the new people are trashy. Maintence can be decent depending on who does the work. The office attitude has changed towards their work as well.

The building inside and out is falling apart. If it looked like it does now when I first checked this place out I would have never moved in.

All this place has going for it is the location.
