Love This Property From: ridgeroger Date posted: 11/15/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006 1 response   I've been at Fifth Avenue for over 3 years and I cant imagine being anywhere else. This is a great property with everything I could ever want being right there. Beautiful, up to date clubhouse with flat screen tv; big beautiful pool; awesome gym and a location that can't be beat! Property management are always professional but never stuffy -- they are actually a lot of fun. The two times I've had to call maintenance, they were there within minutes and my minor problems were easily resolved. I am so happy to call Fifth Avenue my home.
