Anyone who said they don't like Fifth Avenue Apartments must be miserable with every aspect of their lives. Since I moved in Fifth Avenue, I have been extremely happy. The trees, landscape and overall ambience are just perfect. The staff are the friendliest, most accomodating of any other apartment personnel I have ever heard of people speak of. My apartment is roomy, and my balcony a joy. The apartment has a warmth when coming into it unsurpassed by any other. Any problems are fixed in a timely, friendly and pleasant manner. The staff can be trusted as family if they come into my apartment when I am not here. l gladly give permission. I am handicapped and have a handicapped sign at my request and never has anyone disrespected my need by using my parking spot. Neighbors stay to themselves until they have seen your schedule and habits and know to trust you. Then they become friends that can be called upon for amy little thing. All in all, I would fight anyone who tried to take my apartment away from me !! I am sorry I do not have a picture, but you can see the beauty if you allow the office personnel show you around the grounds.

Looking in this area right now and at this place specifically. Moving from another state though, so won't get to check it out for another few weeks. It seems that the negative posts were mostly old. Is there any credence to some of what is being said? Are there trashy people living there? The noise, is it a factor? AND ARE THERE RATS????? I am curious to find out if those were 2006 issues or if any of them continue on now. I have a small child and don't want to move into an unsafe, loud, or questionable place, but I would like to find something around this price range that isn't filled with college kids or other non working or unprofessional people. I want quiet, good neighbors and a careing staff that get things done quickly. IS THIS THE RIGHT PLACE???

I am living here now and I'll tell you that the college guys upstairs are loud as hell and constantly waking up my daughter. If its not them then its the college guy in the building next door. No rats though (at least not that I've seen) but you can DEFINATELY find another place in the same area for around the same price that is better.
