I love my apartment here at Fifth Avenue. I love the people in the office they are fantastic. Sarrah and Christina are fabulous. They are so friendly I sit in there and talk to them all the time and eat lunch with them. The maitnence is great too. When I need something done it gets done within the next business day. Im signing another year lease when my lease is up. Prices are great and the pool is always clean during the summer. We even have residence nights where they put notes on everyones door and they take us out for drinks. My husband and I love it. This was the first apartment I ever lived in and I will never move out until I buy a house. When I sign my new lease im moving into a 1 bedroom with a study. Right now we live in a the bigger 1 bedroom 1 bath. They are very spacious. I can't wait to move into the new apartment. I feel safe at these apartments. My husband works at a hospital and he is on call alot so sometimes at night im by myself. We have an SAPD cop that lives on the property so I feel even safer when i'm by myself. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

SAPD cop on property? Drinks on them? Never heard of that. Pool is clean but 3/4 of the people in it do not have a key to get in the door so they jump the fence or wait until someone with it opens the door.

I've seen the cop, she actually is a sheriff. I went to the party last year in like October or November. It was at a resturant and they had drinks and appetizers. I got the note on my door, sorry you did not get yours, you should have been there it was fun!!! The pool situation is the same at any other complex. Im at the pool all the time with my son and Sarrah and Ashlee always tell people that don't live here that they have to leave. If they come back when they leave they can't do anything about it. Why don't you tell them to leave then.
