Good only for a bachelor who doesn't mind noise From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/18/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Grounds have improved much astectically, but neighbors are loud and not controlled. Parking isn't enforced and the older buildings don't help with structural problems.
