hmmm..... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/1/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   My overall experience was ok. Other than my car getting broken into less than a month after i moved in. (of course that can happen anywhere) The toliets get stopped up all the time...and they never stop running. If you live on the 2nd floor beware...watch your step or you might fall through! They balcony is coming apart. There are these bugs i can't describe that are ALL Over outside...i think they are coming from the trees. They are white and furry and NASTY! Be sure you put EVERY LITTLE thing down on the walk through before you move in or else they will CHARGE YOU! Don't ever tell them if you have done something that might forfit your deposit because they will find any little way to keep it and charge you extra! Be sure to clean your toilets...or they can clean them for you...for a "low price" of $30.00 PLUS your deposit!" But overall its been a ok experience and the rent hasn't been that bad. Great move in specials.
