Decent, depending on who you live near.
Multiple laundry facilities and pools
Has a gym, but most items are broken.
Getting to the apartments is very convenient. Due to the address, there are multiple routes to get to the units, and you won't get stuck on small back roads during heavy traffic just waiting to get home.
Bad: The parking sucks, and the office isn't willing to reassign spaces
The apartments are fairly old, and could use some remodeling
The AC units are very old, and don't adequately cool units in the summertime. They have a rule in the lease that you cannot speak to anyone if you have a complaint, that you have to call the cops over everything. You can be written up for just asking your neighbors to turn their music down. If you do choose to live here, don't plan on staying long. The amount they raise the rent between leases is outrageous. After 2 years it's cheaper to live in a nicer, newer building at another complex.
