This has to be one of the WORST apartments I have ever lived in! Office staff are rude and don't know what the are doing. My vehicle was broken into, along with 2 of my "neighbors". Look into police reports for 4400 horizon hill. 11 break-ins since sept 1. I can not wait till my lease is up, because the office lies about EVERYTHING!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
