I recently moved into fountainhead and so far everything has been really good. every time i needed something done for maintence, they were there the same day if not the next. the office staff has been nothing but nice and over all they seem to know what they're doing. i haven't heard of any break ins. i feel safe in my new home. i would say to give it a chance, if not come but and look at it. you never know. fountainhead is a good place.
