People are noisy all the time the management does not care about the people that live here. Parking is terrible, just come by and take a look, your eyes will tell you the truth, look before you decide to rent. Some apartments are vacant because I think they are not in livable condition. People are rude and loud at night, people play music at 2 in the morning. The Medical Center is not the nice place I thought it would be, definately not worth paying a premium. The section 8 apartments are to the West Side of the Diamond Shamrock at Medical and Horizon Hill. Also on the other side of Medical at Datapoint you have alot of really cheap condos, that might be where some of the crime comes from too.
I think the previous posts saying this is a good place to live are planted by people who work at the apartment complex, they sound just like someone who would want you to move there dont they'
Thank goodness we have apartmentratings.com, let the truth be told. You can tell just by going there and looking, you might agree this is not a nice place, just go and see and it will confirm what we say is true.
Also they attempted to break into my vehicle to cut the cable under the hood, luckily they were not able to cut the cable but they dented the hood in the process. They might have set off the alarm and run off, luckily they did not get in. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
