Fountainhead Apartments

This Apartment complex is the worst From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/5/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I have lived here for almost a year and this place is horrible. The staff never knows what they are talking about. You will receive a differnt answer from everyone that works there including management. When you try and contest something that was said incorrectly everyone in the office seems to not remember that they spoke with you. There is a major rodent problem (possums). It takers months for maintenance to come out and fix anything. The infrastructure is really old. The cabinets are about to fall off and floor squeaks including the shower stall. The neighbors always leave there trash out which causes possums to come around. The fireplace looks as if something can come crawling through it. There is hardly ever any parking. I would not recommend living here.
